Terms and Conditions
These policies cover pricing, refunds, cancellations, and how tools and materials work with my online woodworking programs.
1. Pricing
Each project has its own price, shown on the project page and at checkout. Buying a project gives you permanent access to that program — it's yours to keep. Tools and materials are not included and are bought separately through third-party suppliers.
2. Refunds
If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact me and I'll look into it. Refunds are considered case-by-case — there's no fixed refund window. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
3. Cancellations
Programs are digital and access is instant on purchase, so a purchase cannot be cancelled once it's been made.
4. Tools and Materials
Tools and materials are never included in a program's price — only the online program itself is included. Where I link to a third-party store, that purchase is a separate transaction between you and that supplier — they're responsible for availability, pricing, payment, delivery, returns, warranties, and any damaged or incorrect items. I'm not liable for issues with products bought from third-party suppliers. You're free to source equivalent materials elsewhere, as long as they meet the project's requirements.
5. Safety
Woodworking involves tools and materials that can cause injury if used incorrectly. My programs teach woodworking skills, but your child (and you, as parent or guardian) are responsible for using tools safely. Children must have adult supervision, especially with power tools. Always follow the safety instructions given within each project, as well as the manufacturer's instructions for any tool you use.
6. Program Access
After payment, you get access to the program purchased. Access is for the purchaser only and can't be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed. All videos, images, instructions, and other content remain the intellectual property of The Woodworking Guy — you can use it for your own personal woodworking, not for commercial resale or redistribution.
7. Project Results
Woodworking is a hands-on skill, and results vary depending on materials, tools, technique, and experience. My programs are designed to teach real skills through doing — I can't guarantee every build will look exactly like the example shown.
8. Changes to Programs
I may update or improve programs over time — instructions, videos, materials lists, or new projects added. I'll do my best to make sure a program you've purchased still delivers the experience it promised when you bought it.
9. Contact
